  • Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) is responsible for recruiting Sub Inspectors for the Prohibition Department in Bihar. Established to conduct competitive exams, BPSSC ensures a transparent selection process.
  • Recruitment Overview: The recruitment for 28 Prohibition Sub Inspector posts (Advt. No. 01/2025) includes a preliminary written exam, main exam, physical efficiency test, document verification, and medical examination.

Admit Card Details 2025
  • Admit Card Release: The admit card for the Bihar Police SI Prohibition Exam 2025 was released on 26 April 2025. The preliminary exam is scheduled for 18 May 2025.
  • How to Download: Candidates can download the admit card from the BPSSC portal (bpssc.bih.nic.in) by entering their Registration ID or Mobile Number, Date of Birth, and Captcha Code.
  • Exam Pattern: The preliminary exam consists of 100 MCQs on Current Affairs and General Awareness, to be completed in 120 minutes. A minimum of 30% marks is required to qualify for the mains.
  • Selection Process: Candidates who clear the preliminary exam will proceed to the main exam, followed by a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) based on the specified physical standards.
