Admission Details 2025

• 4-Year UG Programmes (Honours): Online applications for admission to the 4-Year Bachelor of Arts (Honours), Bachelor of Science (Honours), and Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) will be accepted from 01 May 2025 to 24 May 2025. Admission is merit-based, determined by marks obtained in the Intermediate or +2 examination. Late applications with an additional fee of ₹200/- (total ₹700/-) can be submitted from 25 May to 28 May 2025.
• Application Process: Candidates must apply online via the LNMU admission portal at www.lnmu.ac.in. Applicants can select up to five colleges and must choose their Honours and subsidiary subjects as per CBCS guidelines. Separate applications and fees are required for each Honours subject. The application fee is non-refundable.
• Documents Required: At the time of admission, candidates must submit:
  • Class 12th Marksheet and Provisional Certificate
  • Character Certificate from the last attended institution
  • Reservation Category Certificate (if applicable)
  • Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
  • Passport-size photograph and signature (scanned copies for online submission)

Who Can Apply

• Students who have passed the Intermediate or +2 examination in Arts, Science, or Commerce streams from the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), CBSE, ICSE, or any other recognized national/state board are eligible to apply.
• Applications must be submitted online at www.lnmu.ac.in. The application fee is ₹500/- for all categories, with a late fee of ₹700/- for submissions between 25-28 May 2025. Payment is accepted through online modes only (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI).
